ORGANIZER'S DISCLAIMER

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be given unless an event is cancelled.
Attendees must be 16+ and must present valid proof of ID, unless specifically stated in event details.
Event Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or eject any person violating the event’s rules or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
No alcohol or illicit drugs can be taken into any event unless strictly stated in event details. If you are caught with alcohol or illegal drugs, your ticket will be forfeited, and you will be removed from the event with no re-entry and the potential to be permanently banned from events.
Any person who forges or uses another person’s identification documents as their own may be liable for a criminal offense, with the potential to be permanently banned from events.
Events will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather. - Line-up and time table is subject to change without notice.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or tampered with or are not purchased through an authorized point of sale.
You consent to be included in any photography, film, and/or sound recordings of the Festival or its surroundings and for these recordings to be used by us for any future Festival marketing and promotional purposes.
The event organizer will not be responsible for any personal loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money, or other personal items).
